I created the Home Yoga Awakening Retreat for you to unravel what you have been cultivating deep inside and what has been growing underneath the visible.

 

I invite you to connect you to your inner, intuitive self to expand from there. We slowly get closer to the season where life starts all over again. With this journey through the body through every Chakra we will be nourishing balancing and activating our body, hormonal centres, mind and spirit. Starting to move stagnant energies and re-boosting our whole being into an upgraded version of ourselves. Let yourself fully immerse into a deep dive reset through a Chakra Nidra. The Full Moon energy is in Virgo and will shine upon us as well.

 

This Home Yoga Retreat is melting together practices of yoga, meditation and pranayama, restorative, yoga nidra, numerology and astrology insights.

 

One of the challenges is the process of becoming is to get rid of limiting beliefs, habits or thoughts. Each time you choose what is in alignment with your life right now you are priming your brain to think, act and feel in the direction of what matters to you. You are upgrading yourself and  aligning with who you are. 

 

So let us create new habits of thoughts and practices with this Home Yoga Retreat.
